Also, they don't update their website or Google when hours change (for example, they close at 5 right now for holidays even though website and Google say 6). ”

“ Cute cafe with delicious and hearty sandwiches. Each sandwich / wrap is packed with ingredients and the staff are so friendly in giving recommendations. I really like the caprese sandwich and the breakfast wrap! My friend got the BEC sandwich which had so much egg- we were shocked by their generosity. One was more than enough for each person and I was pretty stuffed at the end despite coming in very hungry. Will def be back to try their other options! ”

It was nice inside because it was quiet and peaceful if you're looking for a place to read or get some work done - it was early on a Saturday morning so I can't speak for the hustle of the weekday. ”

Irving Farm has that typical NYC coffee shop interior as it is a coffee shop (ha). clean and organized. fairly big yet somewhat cozy with seating squeezed in everywhere. laptop heads and iPadders congregate here to create the almost inaudible tapping on screens and soft keyboards as they enjoy coffee and a variety of savory and sweet eats. ordered a Large Americano to go...the coffee was smooth with a nice caffeine kick. served very hot. service is a bit curt but efficient but i chalk that up to it being busy most days. definitely a place you can catch up with a fellow caffeine addict if you can grab a seat. ”

“ Needed a break during a very long walk, popped in here for iced coffee and maybe share a pastry if anything looked good. I asked if they made decaf americano, and the person behind the counter asked hot or iced. How lovely to have the choice, and the day was hot & humid, so black and iced please! An almond croissant called my name, so I asked for a knife so we could share; again the person gave us a choice - would we like her to cut it in half for us? Sure, why not. The coffee was strong and good, and the croissant was excellent; I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted fresh because it was late in the afternoon. We now have a perfect place to stop when we're down in the Union Square area! ”
